This is the second Green Walnut preserve I bought, in hope of finding "the real thing" that I recently tasted during my trip to Turkey. (The previous one was Green Walnut Preserve (Gradina) 14oz (400g), also sold on amazon). Disappointed again. It's over boiled, does not smell/taste anything like walnuts, and has a very strange tea-like aroma. It's actually produced in New Jersey, not Armenia....

The cookies were as delicious as anticipated -- how can you go wrong with a chocolate covered oreo? However, the description doesn't say how many are included, and for $18.95 and a shipping weight was 3 lbs, I made the assumption there were more cookies than the 6 shown in the picture. Wrong -- the entire package is the 6 cookies, so this is quite pricey for what you get. A similar item from a different company included 36 cookies for a not much higher price. On the Wednesday before Thanksgiving we decided to make some old fashioned fudge requiring dutch process cocoa. Unfortunately, rather than phone, I ordered by email and paid for next day delivery. It turned out the small supplier was closed until the following Monday when it was shipped for next day delivery and it arrived Tuesday.
