Leonidas Belgian Chocolates: 1 lb Gianduja -- Almond & Hazelnut Praliné
I love these Almond & Hazelnut Pralines! Words just cannot describe how deliciously rich and decadent they are. They absolutely melt in your mouth. Not exactly a health food, but luckily they are filling so most people cannot have more than a few in one sitting. I've had just about every European brand of chocolate and these are by far the best! (The American brands just cannot compare to these, so be warned. Once you have the Leonidas, you will never want Hershey's or Nestle's again.) They are packaged carefully (one reviewer said excessively) but I love the beautiful packaging and the ribbon. I once ordered Belgian chocolates from another company and they arrived with many of the chocolates melted and squished. So, in my opinion these are well worth the money. Not something to have every day of course, but maybe as a gift for that Special Someone or on special occasions.
